"Guy is super nice and why this is still getting three stars. The prices are fairly high and the hours are very bad. Switching to a different cleaners because only open Tuesday/Friday is no good. I don’t want to plan my week around visiting the cleaners. Remember when we had the place by the dog park that did shirts for $1.65 seven days per week? Miss those days…"

"I took my bridesmaid dress in to get it cleaned after beer had spilled on it. The man at the counter upcharged me because he said the dress was for a special occasion which was nearly double the cost of dry cleaning a 'regular' dress (making the dry cleaning bill more than half the cost of the dress itself). I pointed out the stains and he noted the stained areas on the dress. When I came to pick it up, I inspected and the stains were still there. He said that he couldn't get the stains out without possibly ruining the color of the dress. I took the dress home and used a damp paper towel and the stains came out in a few seconds. Disappointed, never going back again. Wish I could get my money back."
"Used their services years ago and stopped bc the clothes were coming back dirty.... stopped and start to give them a second chance since is so close to our house. Bad decision! I complain about a whit jacket dirty right in the front and I had to hear “that’s the best it can get”. Guess what I got home and it didn’t take me 2 minutes and I got it done Pay to get the clothes back dirty again?? I do a better job myself."
"I've been using this dry cleaner for 1 1/2 years now. He is a very friendly man and does wonderful work. I trust him with all my clothing and he even cleaned my wedding dress and removed some stains. If I feel something isn't right, I just point it out to him and he fixes it. No complaints!"
