"My experience at this laundromat was the absolute worst. Though it was well maintained, the whole time I felt like I was in a prison. No entertainment for the customers (no tv, no music, no games) just complete silence. It’s dark and grey in there. The “ “guards”…I mean attendant was so rude, and emotionless I felt like it I did something wrong or asked a question I’d be kicked out. Not to mention how expensive they are. I never wanted to leave a place as quickly as I did when I was there. They lock the door at least 5-10 minutes before the 5pm last wash time. I’m happy that it’s a black owner business in our neighborhood but this place just sucks and the service is the worst!!…NEVER GOING BACK"
