"absolutely nightmare experience. sent a winter coat for dry cleaning. it was returned with zipper buckle gone, holes in sleeve, scratch on the back, etc. it's so rough that I can't believe it's the same coat. yet the owner denied all the damages and didn't even apologize. extremely cold attitude. my coat is forever damaged, but you can still save yours by staying away from this store as far as possible."

"I brought an item to be dry-cleaned. They originally lost it, and they eventually found it 2 weeks after the original due date. When I asked about their policy about late service they said they had none and told me to come back on Monday to speak to a different person if I wanted more information about that."

"The service was terrible. The clothes reached 2 days after the original delivery date and the work was not even done properly even after the delay. The clothes sent for dry clean were not properly cleaned and was not taken care of at all. They did not even fold the clothes. The same was repeated after these clothes were sent back for dry clean again. I was also told that I will be getting a refund which I still have not received and it has been over 2 weeks. This has pretty much been the worst experience and I definitely would not recommend."

"they shrink your closes. they may be relatively cheap, but the results aren't worth the price. I dry cleaned my cleans and my polo shirt, and both cloths came back one size smaller, dry clean is not suppose to shrink your clothes. stay away from this dry cleaner"
