"Green Earth drycleaning does not clean well and is not sanitary. Perc and hydrocarbon are the best (in that order) solvents for drycleaning. They are totally safe. All this environmental stuff is nonsense. Stick to what worked in the past...there is no such thing as danger to the environment from prior drycleaning methods..I stopped in but decided not to use this cleaner..lots of old school cleaners out there that will give better results"

"Never will I return!!!! In good faith, I gave them my down feather coat with a leather back and recycled leather trims. My $800 Rudsak coat came back totally ruined with water stains all over. That’s not the worst part, the along the trim zipper and pockets were ripped to pieces. The leather professionals did not even acknowledge the damage done but simply returned the coat with a tiny note saying they did best’. If they were really Leather Specialist, they would have researched what ‘recycled leather’ means and find out it’s not real leather. No apology was extended for the extensive damage and the half washed down coat. I am simply appalled by the carelessness, lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the Leather Cleaning company, Hudson Services. To add insult to injury, I was promised that the owner of Lapels, Zak, would do something about it but as of now no word from them. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard any resolution."
