"The place and machines are fine, but the guy/employee who's always near the coin machine isn't as nice at all. My partner and I have been going to this laundromat for months, and we always use 2 carts for our laundry because we have a lot of clothes to wash every week. But last Wednesday, when it was just us and a couple other people there, this guy came up to us and said we were taking up too many carts. He wouldn't leave us alone until we gave one back. I looked around, and we were the only ones even using the carts since the other customers didn't need them. He tried to say something about always having to fix the wheels on the carts. But why should we care about that? We weren't breaking them. We're just two customers trying to use the place. He came off as a little rude, and it's going to be a problem if he makes a fuss about this again."

"August: Pretty good job with the wash/dry/fold except they lost a sock. I know we had only pairs of socks in the bag, as double checked them all before taking the bag of laundry there, and the socks were brand new! One pair came back w/only one sock. I called about 30 min. after pick up, they couldn't find the sock. Shouldn't be too tough to keep track of everything, it wasn't that big of a load, less than 10 lbs, and they have a 10 lb minimum. How does one sock get lost in a single load of laundry...? September: Guess what? I found the sock, it was inside of a pair of jeans, so my apologies!! They did a great job, well, except for shaking out everything to make sure the sock wasn't there somewhere. All-in-all I give them 5 Stars!"

"Coin laundromat that is clean and has plenty of machines. Heavy duty wash cost $4.50 in July 2022. $1 to dry. Operates longer hours than many in Boston. Down a couple of flights of stairs. Change machine. 4-5 minute walk from green line symphony stop."
