"The owner was very nice. He keep the laundry room very clean. They have new machines and the big towels were washed very cleanly."

"In my experience, you can get rarely expect a laundromat to be perfect, but you still have to have standards. Washed has several broken machines, no ax (it’s unbearable unless the doors are open), and despite being staffed, things rarely improve. I could put up with all this, but today was the tipping point. I came in to do my laundry and the owners/employees were there with their children. The children were poorly behaved running around the parking lots and the laundromat, bumping into me while I was trying to use the vending machine. Later, I was sitting in my car as my clothes washed, I felt a bump and saw a child’s head in my rear view mirror. The employee’s children were hanging around the back of my car, one was leaning their bike against my trunk. The employee saw and only came over when I was out of my car. The staff has always been lukewarm here so I wasn’t surprised at the half hearted “sorry” she gave me. As a parent, I wouldn’t permit my children to play around running cars in a parking lot. I’m glad I investigated the noise and didn’t drive off immediately. I pulled my clothes when they finished washing and went to Wash and Dry down the street where there’s ac, more working machines, and the staff are more helpful. It’s not perfect, but at least they have standards."

"Small owner operated business, quaint location, & clean. The problem is the guy wearing the white ball cap that they have working there. He is ignorant as the day is long. They have 2 folding tables, and this employee refused to move clothes he has fold to allow me to fold my own clothes. He already had one table with space on it but insisted leaving clothes On the second table and inhibiting my ability to fold my clothes. (See photos. NOT my clothes!) He also spends most of the time talking rather loudly on the phone, as if we need to hear any conversation at a disruptive volume. This is enough of an experience that I will not be returning to this location. I like to support a small business, but not if they employ this rude and ignorant employee."

"This LAUNDRYMAT is by far the cleanest, most well serviced w/a couple super big machines to accommodate quilts & such Etc. The atmosphere is bright, the vending machines are full of softener, soap, bleach, dryer sheets and anything you may have forgotten. The people are friendly and there’s a little library for reading while/ if waiting for cycles to finish. 5 stars of 5 .., Highly Recommended!!!"
