"Used washer 1 and 2 (the big ones) and it spun my clothes the whole time but never added water!! Completely insane. I just spent over $7 on each washer for absolutely nothing! Not to mention there's noone on site to speak with AND the number is disconnected!"
"I had clothing and sheets to wash so decided to use the larger front load washers. Added 7 dollars each, 14 total, only to find that limited water ran to the machines. Many of my clothing still had dry spots on them. There isn’t anyone around to refund the money, so I lost the money and had to give my clothes a second run through another machine for another 12 dollars. I come here often and have had great experiences thus far, but this is just unacceptable."
