"The staff is super helpful and the environment is clean and chill."
"It’s really good besides when people who don’t have decency come in and act fools when I’m with my child and try to fight the manager/ workers that work there, it should be a safe place not one I have to worry for about my safety. The guys name is billy, please don’t allow him or people like that into the space if it’s not to do laundry."
"Hi I’m writing in reference to a situation that occurred yesterday while I was doing Laundry. The incident was between black male guy and a black customer. The customer was doing laundry and he was playing his own personal music out of a speaker box. The music was rude and loud. Nwa. F the police. The black guy asked the customer to turn it off. Then 2 minutes later the customer started playing some other ignorant song. the man asked him again to turn it off. About 10 minutes later the customer packs up walks over to the black guy and just starts going off on him. It was way tooooo much. My reason to write in is this. How much do your employees have to take and put up with until there personal space is a violation and verbal abuse becomes confrontational. From what I saw the black guy took all the amusement and the police showed up to stop the situation. Due to I called them. And the cops let the guy go. But the guy still came back to harrass the black guy. I've personally seen the worker that works there and his character is always the same. So how do you protect him????? Your going to loose emplyoees without action from the company to keep the staff safe. So sad!"
"I normally don’t post reviews and I know this is probably a first world problem, but I just used this laundromat for the first time and I’m horrified. First and foremost by the prices- as low as 6.49 for one wash and upwards of 15.49. I was very taken aback by this. Second of all this is a cashless facility. I thought I did decent enough research, but I was not aware of this until walking in. You have to purchase a laundry card which costs $3 and if you brought coins, you can’t buy the laundry card. You have to have bills or your debit card. I know everyone has to make money, but in this economy charging almost $16.00 for one load of laundry is outrageous and makes me sad. The dryers only run for 7 minutes at a time and maybe it was the one I happened to get, but high heat wasn’t very high heat. The good things about this facility are- it is clean and the machines do work. There’s a good amount of chairs to sit and the attendant was polite, but it’s not enough to make me come back."
"No signage about no more free dry. Tries to upcharge by setting washing machines on deluxe automatically. Very bad! Bring back free dry side note. They told me to contact them. I did as of today 7/9/23 STILL NO RESPONSE!"
