Told and showed the girl in Plaistow store and she said we will dry clean it again and see if we can get the stain out. Otherwise dress is ruined. Played $15.95 for it. Went back to pick up dress black stain is smaller but know the white has 2 yellow stains on it. Asked to speak to owner. Girl called him. Who told me this was my fault for having dress dry cleaned 2x's in a row and I must have brought dress in with black stain. Told him he was totally WRONG. And he said he could dry clean it again and try and get black stain out but the white would turn more yellow. Would NOT recommend this dry cleaner. Tells me they DO NOT know what they are doing. And my dress is RUINED. Stains are right in the front."
