"This is the worst place ever to make laundry. The women over that place were EXTREMELY RUDE. I put my load of clothes before the recommended time which is 6pm. While the close were being washed I jumped in a meeting with a client. My load was done and the lady proceeded to come outside and hit my car on two occasions. Screaming at me. The frustration is that the store closes at 7:30pm and she came BANGING on my car. They are RUDE is not the first time they were rude but it is definitely my last coming. Don’t GO there is you have another place to go."

"I am deeply disappointed by the issues at your facility. There have been numerous instances in the past of machines malfunctioning and hot water being turned off without notice, only to be addressed after multiple complaints. I've witnessed firsthand customers' concerns with machines not using adequate water or dryers failing to dry clothes within the expected time. Recently, I needed a large machine to wash a king-sized comforter that a child had a bed-wetting accident on so I decided to patronize this laundromat as I have in the past. I took other items to wash since I was there anyway and used one of the smaller machines for those items. With this smaller machine, I experienced a particularly frustrating incident where it was barely dispensing water, despite my concerns being dismissed by staff and waiting for the promised water, my clothes remained unwashed, with soapy residue at the end of the cycle. Attempting to address these issues with staff, particularly with the older gentleman and younger shorter woman, proved futile as she became hostile and dismissive, accusing me of being the sole complainer. This is simply untrue, as I've witnessed other customers facing similar issues and even caught staff attempting to improperly wash clothes meant for dry cleaning. Additionally, if you need quarters, just opt for the auto- dispensing machine, they still hand roll their quarters and often times will short change you $.50 here and there. Avoid machine #3 until it is fixed, it doesn’t use enough water to adequately wash clothes. I refuse to continue patronizing an establishment that disregards customer concerns and fails to uphold basic standards of service. As such, I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Cost twice as much as other laundromats. $7 dollars for a small machine. The ladies that work there lead you around like you don't know what you are doing, theybtried to guide us to a machine. I can find my own machine thanks. Too expensive and the employees are over zealous. Went down the street to another laundromat for half the price."

"The crew at Parkway Cleansing Center is fantastic! They do a great job with my wash and fold laundry - pricing is fair, the service is excellent and the clothing comes back perfectly folded and clean. I am happy to support this local, small business and would encourage others to give them a shot! You will not be disappointed."

"Have been going there for many years I’ve seen questionable issues and interactions with other patrons however none with myself. Until today. They lost me as a customer over 70 cents poor customer service and lack of customer respect. I am a weekly patron spending hundreds a month for wash and fold. This time however I needed a smaller batch of clothes washed. The total $14.30. When it came time to pick up Walked in and handed my debit card I was told min for cards are $15. I expected being a regular to hear something other than what was said. “$15 dollar min for card come back later with cash sorry “ excuse me ? $14.30 so for 70 cents they took my clothes back and told me adios.. never again will I go back. The fact of the matter is that was a poor decision I’m sure if the husband was there he would have said differently. Nonetheless I’m done going there being told come back later and embarrassed in front of other patrons was all I needed to take my $$$ and 70 cents elsewhere . Bottom line is they’ll take your money but have zero respect for the individual."
