"There is a Spanish lady that works here she always has an attitude for no reason at all she probably don’t appreciate black folks but this is ridiculous she yelled at me, it’s funny how she’s reacting with and suddenly when other people ( Spanish) come and talk to her she’s smiling having conversations with them and ignoring me . Her name is Ana A. As I found it on the receipt Don’t recommend anyone to go there"
"Price is right on their wash dry and fold service but on two separate occasions, I've recieved my clothes back with large, dark stains all over em. It looks like there was some oil in their machines because it was all over both whites and colored clothes. The first time the owner made it right by offering a credit for the damages but I just got my clothes back, new clothes that I've purchased since the first occurrence and now the stains are even larger than before. I won't be returning"
"This was my first time and I will never go back. They have more than two washing machines that are broken they have more than two dryers that are broken the kids are playing inside the people are sitting on top of the tables and leaving their clothes on the table so no one else can use them there is dust everywhere the place has not been cleaned in about 2 years or more and does on the walls TV and security camera."
"This laundry service refused to place an “out or order” sticker on a machine after we discovered it was not working. I asked, “How are people supposed to know not to put their clothes in there?” The employee responded, “This one is working”, pointed to a different machine, and walked away. If you come to this laundromat, I recommend you ask the staff which of the available machines are working. Have them point out a machine that is working before you put your clothes in it. To stop this inefficiency and inconvenience for customers, I’d strongly recommend Express create “out of order” signs, or at least set out dry erase markers, so that staff and/or customers can easily label machines “out of order” when they’re not working. That way customers don’t waste their time putting their clothes in and out of broken machines. It’s also worth noting, this laundromat has a policy where customers can remove other customers’ clothes the minute the clothes are done even if there are other machines available. We had two loads going at once. They finished at the same time. By the time we had removed laundry from one machine and put it into a dryer, another customer had already removed our other load of laundry and put it into a basket. I checked with the staff and they confirmed that their policy is that any customer can remove any clothes from any machine the minute the cycle is finished. I think it would be good for Express to post this policy on their front door so that customers are aware of it. I also think it would be good for Express to allow customers 5 minutes to move their laundry before other customers are allowed to remove their clothes. We have started using One Stop Cleaners a block away where we pay $1.50/pound for a done-for-you service. It would be great if Express made some changes so that it can be a better self-serve alternative."
"Solid prices, good space/selection, and run by a friendly family! I can do about 40 lbs of mixed laundry for $12 bucks using their machines. Pro-tip: Wash backpacks seasonally in the small $4 washers."
