"The worker was so rude he started yelling because we left the detergent with the cap on shield and threw it at us. Really rude never coming back never letting others come here"
"The upgrade to cards is great! Better than hauling quarters around. However, make sure you get their Laundry Card instead of using your own debit/credit card as, unfortunately, it will charge you more. If a machine doesn't work, there are phone numbers to call to let them know and get your money back to use another machine. The owner is very nice. I live close by, so it's convenient."
"Used the laundromat for over a year. They have recently upgraded their washing and drying machines to accept credit/debit cards instead of coins which was a good upgrade. I have not had trouble with the machines working but sometimes it overcharges. The place could use an upgrade overall and available staff to help out customers."
"I'll never wrap my head around it. The fact that you have to go somewhere to do your laundry in one of the most expensive cities of one of the world's richest countries. How did the US end up here? All that aside Kiki's laundromat is ok."
"There is usually no one in there which is why I prefer it especially with Covid. But the place DEFINITELY needs an update. The biggest problem is that there is no contact information of the owner. You used to be able to go to Kiki's across the way if there was an issue but now they say they're unaffiliated. So if the machine eats your money you are screwed. It really sucks that there is no way to contact the owner if the machines malfunction or eat your money. Some of the machines were ripped out of place today 4.26.22 so there is hope there will be newer machines."
