"Owner does not take responsibility when they do something incorrect or their machines don’t work properly. Machine did not clean my clothes properly and when I brought it up to the worker she said in a rude manner to pay for another machine instead of reimbursing me for another washer. There was no out of service label on machine. Very poor customer service skills."

"This place is great for the busy folk who doesn't have a washer or dryer at home. The payment cards for the machines are very easy to load. There is a station and all you do is put the card in the slot and insert bills (1s, 5s, 10s, or 20s). There is even a vanity ATM there if you need cash. The people there are easy to talk to and they are fluent in Spanish. They have gumball machines, coffee, TVs, and even a massage chair to use while you wait. Machines are well kept and vary in size and price. If it is your first time, the cards only cost 3 dollars to purchase."

"Went there on Saturday November 27. It was a nightmare to say the least. Machine malfunction took my money twice, once by me then then the girl that was working there. She would not give me a refund. She did not speak English and just kept walking away from me terrible customer service. They also open late 7:30 always late. I would not recommend."

"Great place to do laundry. Most of the parking is around back. You have to purchase a card for $3 to use the machines. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very good and friendly. There is a cozy waiting area. The clothes always come out clean and machines are very rarely unusable. I highly recommend this laundromat."

"The space is very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The machines all appeared to be functional and there were plenty of them in lots of sizes. Prices are typical. I was in and out with all of my laundry in 90 minutes. I would highly recommend."
