When the cleaning crew arrived, they were punctual and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They took the time to inspect the carpets, discuss any specific concerns I had, and even provided me with a fair and transparent quote."

"Scam company - bait and switch. These are fake 5-star reviews. The location is not real. I stopped by and the building is under construction and no one works there. Cleaners came - a woman and a man. The man suggested a price of $400 per couch (starting price is $150/couch described when I initially called) - they weren’t that dirty, and then when I told him that it was too much, he started talking angrily to me and saying that he would charge me $99 for their time to come by - they were here for a total of 5 minutes. The base cost for a sofa quoted by the company was $150. I got frustrated and raised my voice to say that that was too much - at this point I was pretty skeeved out by the company and was worried it was a scam. He then screamed at me and cursed me out. Then he threatened to call the police on me because I wasn’t paying and had 911 dialed in on his phone. I told him I’d pay him $50. He was super unhappy about that and continued to curse me out as he left in a huff. The other cleaner apologized for his behavior."

"Where do I begin. These must be fake 5-star reviews.... I used this company to clean my couch and two area rugs about two weeks ago. (and I am using the definition of "clean" lightly). Well in baseball 2/3 is pretty good when you are paying $1,000 to have three items cleaned you want them to go 3-3. To be honest my dinning room rug is dark so who even knows if it was actually cleaned they could have been 1-3. We scheduled this company "Goswami Carpet Cleaners" to come clean our couch and rugs on a Thursday (two weeks ago). We were initially told on the phone it was $2 per square foot on the rugs and a fixed price on the couch. We were given a 3 hour window in which the tech would arrive. Naturally he's running 1.5 -2 hrs late and could not give us an accurate time of arrival. My wife was home when the service was eventually performed. He convinced her to do the "deep clean" which was $3 per sq. ft. Long story short I come home from work and our rug does lot look like it was cleaned at all. I called the office after hours and to my surprise someone answered, he told me to "let it dry" and it should look clean tomorrow. We woke up, went downstairs and Shocker... IT WASN'T CLEAN! I called them once again (at this point its Friday morning). They said no problem they will send someone out first thing this Tuesday between 8am-11am. Not sure how the first appointment of the day is a 3 hr time window... Fast forward to Tuesday morning. My wife had to go to the office so I stayed home from work. After an hr and a half no one had showed up or texted me that they were on the way so I called the company at 9:20am. There are two people that seem to answer the phone either a male and or a female. The female answered and said I was the first appointment of the day and someone should be there by 11:00am. As if my time is worth absolutely nothing! At 11:15am I tried calling three times... no answer. I am 99% positive the lady had my cell number and was screening my calls. I was going to go by their office on Mass Ave in Arlington since we live in town, only to realize that isn't their office or any business office as its under construction for residential units. At this point I am extremely upset. Nothing like wasting four hours of your day waiting for someone to show up and then to be completely ignored - no call no text. I figured they might call me back at end of day since I was on their "schedule." Radio silence. Not the best business model. At this point, I looked at my receipt, and realized I was billed to a different parent company called "Certified Green Team." I called them at their 617 number from the original invoice, and it turns out my friends at Goswami Carpet Cleaners are a sub-contractor for their outfit. I informed them what had happened and they said they would be in touch, no special treatment no refund or money back. They said they would send a different outfit to come clean the rug this coming week. We are going on two weeks now at this point... Only time will tell if that will actually happens. But who knows miracles do happen, a bunch of American kids beat the Soviets in 1980. Certified Green Team also required multiple phone calls insisting someone come provide the service in which they were already paid for. Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like throwing money out the window. My suggestion would be give they money to the Church or a local charity. I award them one star because they were able to clean our couch."
