"For 6 years, the service has been decent until one bad experience. What happened? At the end of the school year, I brought all to be kept work clothes to be cleaned and often I don't touch them back until September. Out of 20 dress shirts, one came back with stains all over the front and 2 other ones were cleaned but not pressed. After wearing all my new clothes and the ones that were done, I ironed the ones that were not pressed and wore them. Thanksgiving break, I was out of clothes. I took 12 shirts plus the one stained to her just to show and inform her to take good care of my clothes. At first she denied that she cleaned it. Since the shirt was still the way I picked it up with hanger and tag, she searched and realized it's her work. Second, she said "You people always complaining." [That was the first time.] Third, she pushed back my clothes in refusal. All that happened, while I tried to make my case to her why I took so long to come back. I don't work summertime, as a teacher. And wear shorts, jeans, t-shirts and special occasions clothes during the Summer months. After this experience, I found out sadly enough, she does not know her customers. She has a short temper. She is disrespectful. She has no customer service skills but collecting payments. I wish her business well but I will never go back!"
