"I entered the store and the two girls at the register didn’t speak and so I headed over to the shoes that I needed. I turned around and asked if I could get some help from them because I couldn’t reach the shoes to see if they had my size and they didn’t smile or say much of anything, the skinny little girl got them down and I said thank you and I do think she said you’re welcome in a very low voice. After that girl left and went somewhere the other girl checked me out and was very nice, if I was able to ever work again well my customer service is very very good and would like a job here……"

"The fat manager doesn't do anything. She sits in the back and gives an attitude when you need her help. She also sits on the counter on her phone and scrolls through facebook or tiktok or whatever. worst experience i've ever had in a shoe store. She then proceeded to answer a phone call at the counter and after getting extremely loud went to the back. Absolutely terrible customer service coming from her and will never come back."

"I love the variety of this store and the different quality shoes they sell. let's face it some shoes are cheaper then others and at some stores all they have is cheap shoes that tear up or lose there tread easily. I tend to keep three pairs one for work one for casual one for dress or church so it's nice to find one store with what I like at a decent price and that has sells . I tend lately to shop online first and find Deals if I can before going to the store but sometimes I just like to pop right in and look around too."
