Nature's Way Cleaners

"I chose Nature’s Way cleaners due to its using organic and nontoxic techniques. I dropped off a slip cover with some dirt stains. When I picked it up I asked if they were able to remove the stains and he said yes so I didn’t examine it closely until I got home. When I went to put the slip cover back on to my sofa cushion not only were the stains still there but the inside of the slip cover was covered with black dog hair that was difficult to remove. I don’t think that they worked on removing the stains at all, and now the stains are set. I’m very disappointed!"

"I live close by so from time to time I give up and bring my clothes there. EVERY TIME one of the items gets ruined. And they never acknowledge it, so I usually find out when I decide to wear it. First time I thought "oh well, maybe this stain was there", second time "maybe this dress was not supposed to be dry cleaned", third "this cannot be a coincidence"... Every time I would find a different cleaners, then in like 6 months I would forget and bring something to Nature's Way cleaners. Well, this time they ruined 2! very expensive pieces .... One designer blouse has a huge stain (and this white blouse was completely clean I just needed to refresh it) and the $500 black dress with white stripes is now a worthless black dress with grey stripes."

"I dropped off my mother's quilt and it was completely ruined. I picked it up and there were several burn marks on the quilt and a large stain in the center. The man working there refused to take responsibility for the damages. I took the comforter to another dry cleaner's and they told us it should have never gone in the dry cleaning machine or touched water. Nature's Way Cleaners refused to give me a refund even though we spent almost $500 on the quilt and it was new. I will never trust these cleaners again."
