"Defaced several linen and cotton shirts by writing name with permanent marker instead of using a paper tag. Was not informed of this before trusting with shirts. Shirts were part of my partner's order, so its not even my name written in my shirts. Avoid this cleaner or at the very least, specify that you do not consent to them defacing your clothing with permanent marker."

"We have been coming here for about 18 months, and I've had very good results with dry cleaning, dress shirt laundering and alterations (hemming jeans, repairs, etc. - even an oddball request to mend a semi-delicate alpine climbing hoody that was sliced by my ice axe!). They have yet to be stymied by a stain."

The nice Korean lady mends the small holes in my pants pocket free of charge and today, I brought in some clothes to be dry cleaned and my TUMI weekender duffel bag because there was a rip in the seam and she just stitched it back up for me for free in 5 minutes. "If I could I would give this place a -100 ! I took a dress there to get hemmed. The tailor had me put it on with my heels, pinned it and I was on my way. A week later I went and picked up the dress. I took The dress on vacation with me because I wanted to wear it for my anniversary dinner. I put it on the night my husband and I are going out for dinner and the dress hadn’t been hemmed at all! It was too long for me to wear. When I got home from vacation I took it back again and told them that the dress was still too long. Once again the Tailor had me put it on with my heels and pinned up the dress. A week later I asked my husband to pick my dress for me. I tried it on THAT night and they hadn’t even touched the dress! It was never worked on! $46 dollars later and I still can’t wear the dress! The following morning I was furious and went down there and told the guy to just give me my dress back and I wanted my money back. He refused to give me my money back and wasn’t going to give me my dress back. He kept mumbling something about the tailors husband having a heart attack. Not my problem, just give me my dress! It wasn’t until I threatened to call the police that he finally handed me over my dress ! After telling several people about this incident I have learned that I’m not the only one they have ripped off . I highly recommend to go else where for your tailoring and dry cleaning. Stay away from this place! They are not rip pff artists!"
