"I wasn't going to leave this review because the man was very kind and we wanted to support a small business but after looking at my children's hair all day yesterday, the angrier I get. We had a photo for each hair cut for inspiration and guidance and somehow we ended up with the worst haircuts I've ever seen. Leaving the shop, he placed their hair in a way that made it look like less of a disaster. It's so bad that I feel like this wasn't an accident or a mistake. There's just no way. Along with the fact that he somehow cut both of them. One on the ear and the other on his temple. They both said that it was painful because he spent so long going over the same spot with the clippers and it started to burn. Again, the man was very kind but as far as cutting their hair goes, he destroyed it. I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay because while I didn't realize how bad it was, I know that he did. I've attached our inspo photos along with the hair cuts he did. Edit to the owner: I paid because whether I wanted to or not, liked it or not, you still cut their hair. Paying for trade work like a hair cut is not only paying for the cut. It's paying for your time and equipment used. And I did say it looked fine when you asked because I didn't want anything else done to their hair. I just wanted it to be over with. I appreciate your time and I do not harbour negative thoughts or feelings towards you. It's just as simple as a lesson learned. Thanks again."
