CVS

"I quit using CVS in Jesup a few years ago because of the attitude and judgment the pharmacey workers give. I still have to use them for my son's medicine. They have no customer service skills. They are snappy, speak to you like you are stupid, and like it is an inconvenience to help you. I have received this kind of treatment from multiple employees, not just one. The CVS on 341 in Brunswick is amazing! They need to take some cues from them and learn how to treat patients or customers."

"Came to pick up medicine after they’re lunch at 2 and no one is here if you have an emergency and need a prescription for your child go somewhere else there’s no help here"

"I was exposed to covid at work. Made an appointment online to get tested. Did everything I was supposed to do. Had my conformation code and appointment. Showed up and they said I wasn't on file to get tested. They said their computer must of canceled my appointment. They told me to make a new appointment. Lol like I have all day to wait around. Big waste of time. Go to Walgreens!"

"I called to have a prescription filled. A girl named Chelsea answered , took my information, then put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I got tired of waiting, hung up & tried to call again. No answer. After several tries she finally answered, said “give me a moment “ , nothing else but that, & put me on hold again & never returned—again. I decided to just go up there to the drive through. She came on the speaker & was very rude & wouldn’t give me a chance to say anything! The other ladies there are very nice & friendly, but not that one!"

"They always have what I am looking for, I haven't had an issue with the staff, and the prices are good. I prefer CVS to other pharmacies for the great experience I typically have there, and I admire the fact that they stood up and said "NO" to the tobacco companies, refusing to sell cigarettes in their store (unlike some other stores that have pharmacies in them)."
