"Exceptional workmanship. Homeowners usually have some anxiety when working with contractors. None of that needed here! Prompt and ready to go with his crew the day the work was scheduled to handle some dry rot on some exterior parts of the home. As soon as the wood came off, the problem was clearly more extensive (see the pics below for the nasty 'before' and clean-and-painted finished 'after'). Moises showed me the issue and made specific recommendations as to remediation. Since this was out of the scope of the initial project, he was clear in detailing materials and time that it would take. Since I like things done once, correctly, I agreed with his assessments and necessary corrections. We ended up having to remove far more of the damp and rotted wood than we thought, replacing insulation, covering it with new and treated wood, and Tyvek wrapping it before putting in fresh siding. I'm glad we did the full work necessary and that didn't just cover over the problem. Did it cost a little more? Yes, and well worth every penny of it to get it done right the first time and protect the home from future problems. Job was finished on time and the place was spotless when they left. Not only do I recommend hiring him, but I fully intend to bring him back for some other work I need done. Again, exceptional workmanship."
