"The top of a delivery truck clipped the power line going from the pole to our house, breaking the wires and the conduit on the side of our house and leaving live wires dangling in our driveway. Of course National Grid refused to reconnect our power. And of course this happened during a wind and rainstorm. Michael Sarat to the rescue! Recognizing our emergency, he left the job he was on, got to our house quickly and went up the ladder in the storm. He rebuilt the conduit and restored our power safely. This was our second positive experience with MTS. Michael also installed an induction cooktop in our kitchen, which required installing a new circuit panel in the basement since the old one was full. Project was completed professionally on time and budget, no problems. Highly recommend MTS!"
