"DO NOT use this service! They are a third-party that is a scam. Was charged $500 for changing one key lock. The locksmith was in my driveway for two hours before coming in & used half of my old lock because he did not have a new latch on him. A quote/estimate was never given to me prior and when I called to dispute with the company, they said it was my responsibility to get that when on their website it says that they will provide it prior to arrival. The locksmith said the same thing, but when I called them back, they said there’s nothing we can do to help. Save your time and money and change your lock yourself."

"Buyer beware! KeyMeLocksmiths sent out two technicians. I was looking to have my locks rekeyed and their website said they offer that service. The technician who came out first said he couldn't rekey and could only replace and when HE couldn't provide the service I requested he still charged me the service fee. The second technician came out and would rekey for an exorbitant price. He was going to charge me $269 a door and I had 3 doors so it would cost me $807 for 3 doors. He couldn't explain to me why it would cost that much as he would not be replacing any hardware. I was able to find a fabulous locksmith, Pop Up Locks, and he was professional and personable. He charged $300 for all three doors and that included the emergency fees."
