"My experience has been nothing but top-notch inside of his clinic. The front desk help is very friendly and helpful in scheduling, billing, and other coordination. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back to a room and in the chair even when I arrived 15 min early. Dr Galloway is awesome and his bedside manner is well above my expectation. He is conversational and very aware of his patient's demeanor while in the chair to be worked on. I personally had a small issue with my implant and he made it right even though there were external issues that potentially caused the problem. I received a small token of compensation in the mail for the trouble extending my process to complete this ordeal. This came even though I never had a thought that he was at fault for the issue. This came at a complete surprise to me and am so grateful for the caring thought behind it. He called to check up on me that night after completion of another procedure to place the implant. He is a true professional in his field and generally cares about his patient's progress and care. I would recommend him to anyone and also be a return patient immediately."
