"Update as of 2/21/22: "Lost" our well last night. No water pressure at all. Called @ 7:10. Calvin was at our house 25 minutes later. At 8:30, the problem had been solved. He replaced the control box and relay, purged the tank, re-pressured the bladder, and was driving down our driveway in about an hour! We're very thankful to have a first class well company nearby. Professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond. Simply the best! I was concerned about a "new sound" from my well. Thought I might have to dust off the check-book, but Ben called back and assured me all was okay. He even passed on a maintenance suggestion. Bottom line: another company could have taken advantage of the "issue" , Rollins did not. Great customer service. Much appreciated!"
