"So my son had his first appointment today and because the scheduling lady messed the information up we have to come back and they was the rudest people I have ever seen! And mind u we stay 45 minutes away who has money for gas to keep coming back because they messed it up"

"Terrible experience. Arrived 15 minutes early (with a 13 month old baby who has more teeth than a two year old) waited an hour past our scheduled appointment time. We watched about a dozen people get called, serviced, and leave. Almost all of them arrived after we did. After the hour past appointment time mark, I asked if we were going to be called soon and that if not we would have to leave because she’s a too young to go this long without sleeping. I was told that they would check and see what’s happening. After another 5 minutes we were told “it takes a long time for them to do the paperwork but that it would be a few more minutes. After another 8 minutes my child started to melt down and we informed them that we would have to leave now. The receptionist was kind enough to say sorry."

"This place is a joke, and you should just go out of town for your kids dental work. I just spent an hour waiting for a scheduled appointment, and never did get called back. Ive had so many problems with this place....the lady that does phone appointments needs a different job. I will absolutely never be back. Its a shame because the actual dentist is nice and does a good job - you just cant ever get back there!"

"This place would be great if it wasn’t for the front desk employees. the scheduling lady is the worst. she has always been rude every time i have been. we have had issues as far as scheduling an appointment in general. every time they schedule an appointment they make u message to confirm and then they change the scheduled date last minute after you have confirmed 5 times already. they don’t allow you to be one minute late. and even when you call and let them know they will still tell you your late and try to make you reschedule. talked to someone and they told me it was ok if i was 5 minutes late. there was no one to help at the desk at 4:05 and the “scheduler” turned around and told me i was late.. (the clock had just turned 4:06.) when i told her that l called in advance she saw the note and said i was still 1 minute late now. moral of the story choose another dentist over this one until they hire new front desk employees."

"My four year old went in terrified and came out happy as a hark! He was telling me how nice the ladies were and how much he enjoyed his visit and can’t wait to go back. Update: follow up today for an extraction. PERFECTION! Thank you staff at Advantage! Update 2: we went in on his birthday - phenomenal! We love advantage!"
