"I called to make an appointment and they told me *on the phone prior to me hiring a baby sitter and coming in to an early morning appt* that they could do a cleaning AND remove some orthodontic glue from my teeth. I made 100% sure they could before I confirmed the appt. So I hired a babysitter and showed up to my 9am appt where the reception greeted me with a rude remark that basically meant “you’re late but I’ll let them know you’re here anyways” I held up my phone and showed her it was 9am on the dot and pulled up the text from this office where it said “9am appt.” I filled out a ton of paperwork, they called me to the back, did an X-ray then an assistant told me they would have to refer me to an orthodontist. Somewhere along the lines someone lied about being able to remove this glue and it has inconvenienced me to no end! She then proceeds to take me to the front desk and have me pay for an X-ray! I wasn’t even there for an X-ray! The older lady that sits at the front desk had a rude look on her face when I told her I wasn’t paying for an X-ray that I didn’t ask for! I didn’t get anything done that they said they could do and now I will be going SOMEWHERE ELSE. Horrible experience. Also, get rid of that older woman with the dark hair that is the first to speak to your customers and find someone that is courteous."
