"Tavio and his crew are troubleshooting experts when it comes to drains. He came out, and checked on a stoppage my fiancé and I were experiencing in our bathroom sink. Since our pipes are old he started with the least aggressive technique (air compression). When that didn’t work he called his crew mate Dave who had the rooter van, which worked without any issue. The sink drains completely now, and with no leaks! Thank you Drainsters!!"

"Please read this review, I think you will find it extremely valuable. Drain cleaning and the innerworkings of pipes are one of those things that 99.9% of us don't know anything about, and we have to take the word of the professionals, and trust them to guide us to OUR best interest, not THEIRS. You can trust Drainsters to do this, and I learned along the way that this is an industry rife with people who will charge you to come out and give you an estimate (I don't care that they'll credit it towards the larger job, its a tactic to keep you from being able to compare quotes for the same work). I had one company, who did not charge to come out and inspect the problem, offer me 2 solutions for my sewer pipe that had roots in it: either clean the pipe or replace it - but I was warned that once they cleaned the pipe, they may discover the pipe needs to be replaced, which would essentially mean purchasing both options, the second of which was nearly $10k. Then Tavio from Drainsters came by. Took a look at the problem, suggested that the pipe might have to be lined (not replaced, and far cheaper than replacing), but that we wouldnt know until the pipe had been cleaned, which he would have to do as prep to lining it anyway. I trusted my gut that he was a good guy running an honest, customer-centric company, and boy was I rewarded. He charged me almost HALF of what the first company quoted me - he quoted me a little bit more than he ended up charging me in the end. Think about that. We agreed to a price, he did the work, and then didn't take all the money we agreed on. He also told me that at this time, we didn't need to line the pipe, which would have been like 6-8x more expensive than the cleaning alone. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I didn't have a single thing go wrong in this process, but if I did, I am confident that Tavio and the Drainsters team would work until the issue was corrected and resolved. "I called Drainsters after spending $600 and two failed attempts to unclog my kitchen sink. They were very responsive, very fair pricing, professional and personable. The tech (Brandon) was the best. Explained what he was doing, Didn't stop working on the drain until he got it opened. These qualities are very hard to find these days in the service industry. Bravo to management!
