"I've been calling firb4 months. My renewal ID today and I can get in a deactivated account. No one will pick up more return the call. My kids will be without food on the 7th and I have been recording my calls as well as making a paper trail. I've also called today to make a complaint against them. This is sad and pathetic. Yall are getting paid to not serve us. Why is the doors locked anyways. We are opened back up everywhere else but here."
"I moved to Georgia and did 3 different application 1 otp 1 online and a paper application I just moved from NC where they terminated my case every time I call wwdfcs no answer literally ever so I been sitting here now a full month with no contact at all from these people so that's is why I'm making this review because they're not worth a darn"
"NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! The voicemail is full and I live over 4 hours away. I dont know why I was even assigned a caseworker from somewhere I don't (And have never) live. I received 2 notices about a phone interview that 1st of all never happened and 2nd seemed to be pre-planned to be missed. So I receive my 1st notice on a Monday that my phone interview was 10AM Tuesday morning, but they NEVER called so I wasted over 4 hours of the day just sitting in 1 spot to make sure I did not miss it. Then, the very NEXT day on Wednesday, I have my 2nd notice that said my phone interview will be Thursday at 3pm. Again, same situation with a no call and wasted time trying to make sure I did not miss it. I even went by the local DFACS to see what was going on, Which told me if my caseworker was local I could just come in office but since she is not I have to take the phone interview, and if I missed 2 I would automatically be denied benefits. Follow that up with the very NEXT Monday and I already have my 3rd notice to call the office "to schedule my phone interview". But NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!! I just had twins less than 3 months ago, not to mention I have a 7 year old as well, work 3 jobs to try and make ends meet and go to school. The least they could do is give me my interview."
"If I can figure out how to report this office I will. I can never reach my caseworker or anyone in the office and they always have their mailbox full. No one ever answers the phone! I am not able to go to the office so using the phone is my only option at the moment. I've also found that they like to send out notifications late. I received a notification in the mail on the due date the paperwork was due. Please explain to me how I'm supposed to reach my caseworker and tell them what's going on if I can't even get her or him to pick up the phone!! I have tried calling several times over several periods of days and still can't get anyone to pick up the phone.. I have now lost my benefits that I desperately needed for another month or two until I got back to work. Just had a baby"
