"I got a few quotes from different painters to paint my entire rental unit , half of which had new drywall that was not close to being paint ready. Orlando and his team did an excellent job sanding and patching where the drywall company did not prep properly, and the work turned out perfectly. Orlando was responsive and showed up every day on time when he said he would, sent me picture updates throughout the job, and checked with me before making any decisions.
