"Had previously used to install a water heater. Called due to a water heater leak. Went at the property with tenet present would not replace water heater without a check for repair at completion. Would not accept a check to be mailed. Never again. Terrible service. Also had called months before for a different water heater and told could not get to it for days. Just not reliable."
