"Simply stated, C&S Oil Burner HVACR Services is the BEST heating contractor in the Plaistow/Atkinson/Danville/Sandown areas for the installation of a new heating system in our home. Chuck, the owner, installed a new, state of the art propane hot water baseboard heating system in our home. It replaced a 35 year old forced warm air heating system. Chuck provided the best, most competitive price that I received from a couple of other contractors. Chuck beat them by thousands of dollars, which for a retired, disabled man living on a fixed income mattered significantly to my wife and I. Chuck kept me appraised of his schedule as it related to his other work and gave me a start date for the project and met his commitment - on time. During the project issues came up as they always do and Chuck solved them without bothering me with the details. For example, prior to the start of the project I promised Chuck that I would move furniture for the installation of the baseboard heating elements but forgot because we went away on vacation. That was not a problem for Chuck and his crew and he and they went ahead and moved the furniture and did not complain about the extra work. His work and that of his crew was clean and professional. His finish work, cutting into existing wood baseboards for the heating elements could not have been better or more accurate. More importantly, as promised, Chuck installed the most beautiful (for me, a guy), up to date hot water boiler on a 2x4 wall he built in basement. The unit is the size of a carry-on suitcase and heats a 2,000 square foot home with a 40 gallon domestic hot water tank; it truly is a work of art to view. He and his crew ran Pex (or equivalent in the industry) hot water tubing in the ceiling of the basement to the first floor and also ran pex tubing to the attic for an air handler there. All the work was done by Chuck himself and his crew and it is truly a professional job that I believe could not look better - to me, the homeowner, it is a work of art to behold. When my thermostat calls for heat, the boiler (the size of a carry-on suitcase) fires up and within minutes, hot water is being pumped to the baseboards according to the zone calling for heat. The temperature of the house - because of this system, can rise by 5 degrees in less than 10 minutes, and that's for the first floor of our house, approximately, 1000 square feet. The second floor where the bedrooms are have a pex line run to an air handler in the attic that doubles as an air conditioning system in the summer. Chuck himself, is a great guy; honest, timely, does what he says he is going to do - in fact, does more, all professionally and high quality. I could go on and on about details but most people will stop reading after a certain point, which is understandable in this day and age. However, and finally, you cannot find a better man, company, crew and subcontractors (electrical and gas fitters) to install a heating system in your home, office or commercial business.
