"My old furnace wasn't pushing hot air. The fan was not spinning at all. So I gave Alex a call and described the problems. Alex is a true professional at his field. In addition, he was willing to deal with any concerns I had. For example, my old furnace had the gas ball valve inside of it. I told Alex that I would want it to be outside of the furnace. After he was done for the day, I found no mess anywhere he had worked at in the house! After installation, he would tell me what regular maintenance is needed to keep my system running. For example, changing the filter 2 to 3 months! The quality of work is just amazing. To be honest, by looking at the pictures he had posted online, I can already tell that he is confident at the quality of his work. It also shows that he is passionate on what he is doing!
