"Tired of “good enough” products and services? I am! Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I found Kim Thomas. Selling a home requires marketing. Kim offered cutting edge services but most importantly she handled the A-Z facets of my home sale. Working with Kim meant I could rely on her knowledge & expertise because frankly it isn't my job nor do I know about every step of the sales process, or what to expect throughout the process. Kim Thomas and her team ensured that as a client: (1) I had the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big); and (2) Kim Thomas managed expectations. Kim Thomas exceeded in both aspects. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process was unbelievable. From the first day that we met, Kim Thomas spent time walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, Kim Thomas was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to Kim Thomas. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. To be frank owning a home doesn't mean I can sell my home. FSBO would have been a daunting task. Hiring Kim Thomas meant when and where I had questions anywhere in the process I could rely on Kim Thomas proactively providing me with information and feedback; which frankly made me feel like I was walking through this process with my eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Kim Thomas does it – but obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of selling/buying a home. But the hardest part of this process is when the seller/buyer is “emotionally” invested in a home. That is where Kim Thomas shines! You need a professional the likes of Kim Thomas who can properly set, manage, and come through with meeting your expectations; thereby reducing stress and making a seller/buyer have fewer friction points as they navigate this process and also manage to keep their interests first throughout. Kim was always candid and provided her own perspective but also listened and maintained a pulse on my particular needs. Each of these facets are relevant to the seller/buyer's decision making. I truly appreciated Kim Thomas's input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Kim Thomas really focuses on making sure people are satisfied throughout the process, she doesn't cut corners, and she maintains high ethical practices while also maintaining the best interest of her client. Again, the seller/buyer process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Kim Thomas is an extraordinary business woman and broker!
