"It's 312 dollars. They'll say they can't give you an estimate until the technician comes. The technician will quote you 135 on the phone. And then the job is done, it's 312 Including a service fee and credit card fee. They also damaged my door. Now it won't seal properly."

"DON’T GO this place for changing your lock. They charge WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! The guy came here to fix our mailbox lock, and he asking 400$ to fix it! And if you tell him that’s too expensive, he will ask you 49$ for a service fee just for him to came take a look. Which he did not mention any of it on the phone when I call. If you ask the price for the service on the phone, they will tell you “we’ll have to come take a look first” without mention any of the service fee."
