Scottie was very prompt in all communications, we did not have to wait long to fit in their schedule, and the crew really gave it their all. Luciano went above what repairs we'd asked for, and took care of a lot of little things as he saw the need. Couldn't have been a better experience, and neighbors have been complementing the improvements. Highly recommend!"
