"What a joke of a real estate firm. They absolutely mislead us and quite possibly omitted the HOA on purpose. Kristen Ruggeiro was the buyers agent. First thing we asked her was if this property is under an HOA. She said no. We checked MLS and a few sites and nothing about HOA came up. Few months after owning the bills came and we found out they have sold numerous properties in the development with HOA’s and the seller was living there for two years. At closing they signed purchase and sales both parties that there was no association with this property. They have refused to help and now we are at the court stage. Be very careful dealing with this shady bunch. Shame on them !"
