Bob was quick, efficient and kind in explaining what happened, how it was fixed and what to do to avoid it. This time it was the toilet and tub both with issues. Mark came by replaced all the needed parts and both are working as good as new. I’d highly recommend them for any work in the metro north area ."

"Disappointing Experience with JJ Loftus Plumbing I hired this plumber to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom, but they did a terrible job. The faucet was still leaking eventhough a new one is installed after he left, and when I called him to complain, he was rude and unprofessional. Despite the hefty invoice I received, the issue persist, leaving me with both unresolved plumbing concerns and a lighter wallet. I do not recommend this plumber to anyone."
