"Renewed the contract in November and waited a few weeks and finally got a call from Dave said his staff would come tomorrow. Then the next day he said his tech was sick and rescheduled to the next day and promised his staff would come as the first appointment. Then the next day his tech didn’t show up so I called a few times to find out his tech mixed up the appointment. The tech called me before 10am and never made any apology. God knows when he will come today."
