"If I could rate Erwin and his team a million stars I would. He quoted me a fair price and before beginning work, he walked me through the property and set expectations for what was and wasn't feasible. I had really bowed walls that unless there was a total wall replacement, it would be hard to hide. Long story short, you can't notice any bowed or wavy walls. I had him paint my condo head to toe, including the cabinets and they finished EARLY! He coordinated other repair people I needed, like a plumber which really helped me not have to take time off work. I trusted Erwin and his team with a key to my condo and put full faith in him. Before the job was finished, Erwin had me walk through the condo and make sure everything was to my liking. Damage caused to the drawer by the countertop company? No issue, Erwin fixed it without me even asking. He is fantastic and has completely transformed my condo. Thank you so much, Erwin!!"

"Erwin is prompt and professional. His team was fantastic. They removed our aluminum siding, gave us time to do extensive repairs to the cedar singles underneath and then returned right on schedule to scrape, sand, power wash and paint. I chose Erwin over other contractors I received estimates from because of his quick response time and total transparency. "We loved working with Espana Painting! From the very begining, Erwin, the owner, was very responsive and available to give us quotes and review all our questions. Espana was one of 4 company we quoted, they were competitive in their price and available as well. We couldnt have picked better. Communication was on point and professional, Erwin always let us know what to expect and when. He checked in regularly to see if we had any questions, was patient in dealing w someone who knows nothing about painting and with an HOA who sometimes needed an extra bit of flexibility to make a decision. He answered all our questions, providing advice but never pushing us to make a decision we were not comfortable with. He worked hard to find alternatives when we were stuck on something. His crew is also professional and hard working. They put int extra long hours, were respectful, quiet (as quiet as can be when painting a house!) and friendly, and did an amazing job. They cleaned the site every night before leaving. Espana's team work 6 days a week, 7 if owners allow, which helped us a lot when the weather stopped cooperating for a while.
