I had a pair of aftermarket headers (which generate more heat than stock headers) with titanium heat wrap on them installed in my car and the heat soak was crazy. After driving 30 minutes and then parking in my garage, it felt like a sauna. The engine bay felt like it was cooking and you could feel a significant amount of heat radiating from the car. I had the headers taken out and was going to send them to a larger company that is known nationwide for Cerakote but a friend of mine recommended Krazy Kustoms after Eric coated his headers. Because the car was off the road while the headers were out, I needed them done fast and Eric went above and beyond to get them coated inside and out returned to me quickly. Eric took the time to explain in detail every precaution that I needed to take to ensure the coatings cured properly before the car was started and what to do the first time the car was started with the newly coated headers in. The headers are back in and the heat soak has been tremendously reduced. When I park in my garage, even after longer trips, the garage and my car are much cooler than when I had stock headers."
