"Warning: the reviews here are all FAKE. the company owner (Gracy) asks people she knows to write fake reviews just like she did to me to deceive future customers. Gracy also rents a car without mandatory safety features, putting the lives of the driver and other people at risk, in this case the horn wasn't working but she only cares about making a profit. Gracy lied, saying that she was announcing that the rental car could not leave Massachusetts, and when I was traveling, she called me and started threatening me, disrespecting me, demanding that I take the car back to Massachusetts at the same time. Even after I returned the car, the company owner (gracy) continued calling me, harassing me, and pestering me, so much so that I had to block her number."
