New Flex Painting

"We had our home painted with New Flex in 2022, our doors our peeling and our deck had to be stained again this summer. Initially I was just disappointed in their lack of attention to detail (they would leave paint splatters on windows, trim etc) they also stained our deck and it started to downpour as they finished…. They refused to add another coat of stain, stating the first coat had already dried the minimum of one hour and a second coat wasn’t really necessary. Today I had our regular painter touchup the door as the paint was already beginning to peel (strange because Benjamin Moore paint shouldn’t peel within a year) the MOST DISAPPOINTING part about New Flex was realizing they didn’t even use the paint we selected!!! Hours were spent choosing the right shades of paint for our home and they just used a cheap can of black paint…Now I’m wondering if the house is the shade of gray I selected, as there isn’t enough contrast between the correct color on the door and the house. Complete disappointment, waste of money and most importantly a waste of my time."
