They've done everything from installing new smoke detectors to rewiring outlets both inside and out to adding power and a generator to the garage electrical and more. Every time I've had them do something - regardless of which member of the crew is scheduled - they're always punctual, efficient, and clean both when working and after. The thought Ken's team puts into installs etc is always very well thought out. His guys clearly take the approach of if it were their home, they'd want things placed, positioned, run in a certain way for aesthetics, utility, future use of a space etc and then perform the work accordingly. They also are great at pointing things out they find along the way that might not have been in the original scope of work and talking you through what potential fixes might be. When doing that it's never the tone of an upsell. You always get an honest and professional opinion. On the side of booking work, Ken is always quick yet detailed in his responses.
