Some places I’ve rented I’ve felt like I got nickel and dimed, but not here. Boston and north shore prices are already high, so it’s nice to not have a bunch of extra charges tacked on. Furthermore, she’s been hands on with the move in process and has really made me feel like she cares about situation. Really above and beyond. "We were referred to Lux to start looking for our first apartment. Unfortunately, it was clear from the beginning there was no interest in helping us on our budget. I received the first contact call which we went over what we were looking for in our price range. This was greeted by a laugh and then a follow up question regarding what we want realistically. At the end of the call I was told I would be emailed the MLS account to start receiving notifications. That never happened. Texted the agent asking for the access and have never heard since. That was about 2 months ago. Luckily I was given a new agency who not only took us seriously but also went above and beyond and found us even more than what we asked for in our budget. Don't bother asking for help here unless your looking for a million dollar home in which they can profit the most off of."
