"I would urge caution when seeking to use BOOM Reality for any and all transactions. I am currently a resident of a property that is being sold by BOOM and have been unimpressed with their all around professionalism. The owner of the building that I reside listed the property for sale June of 2021. In that time the property has since sold and is under contingent. That said the realtor Jared Valanzola that they have been using has been nothing short of barely involved in the sale and lacking communication with tenants of the building as well as buyers/contractors. As a resident of the property I have been the one to provide all of the tours of the property to all prospective buyers/contractors/ town officials with no compensation. The final straw was this Morning when we were scheduled to have an appraisal at 10 AM to which the realtor never show up to and again led to me showing the property. The icing on the cake was to all of the tenants surprise when the Fire Department showed up at 9 AM to do a Pre inspection of the property with an electrician with no notice to the tenants. BUYER,SELLER & TENANT BEWARE"
