"If I could leave a zero star I would. This company is an absolute scam. I am a Managing Real Estate Broker in WA state. Do not waste your money with this company. They offer lies and misinformation for sale. None of what they are teaching works and their 1st points of training are to use Brokers to try to get what you need."

"STOP!!! You can only sue RE Mentor in Massachusetts.  Here's why.  They write it in their contract.  Although the customer, you are just another dollar to RE Mentor...until you are not. Fact 1: I have not attended the Ultimate Partnering event that's upcoming in Oct/Nov of 2024; however, RE Mentor made it clear that I will not be refunded...although I have not, cannot, and will not attend.  It is Jun 2024 right now.  There is no legal restriction for the decision. Just greed. Fact 2: 60% of RE Mentor's own sales-pitchers and money collectors have separated from RE Mentor the moment they realized that RE Mentor scams their students. They were employed individuals who collected money at the First Training Session, Multi-Family Millions Bootcamp, and Immersion events for RE Mentor. Fact 3: RE Mentor does not have enough coaches/mentors, at the acclaimed caliber of experience, to support the students that sign up for the coaching/mentor program.  This causes students to wander aimlessly and deals to pass as students await approval to move on to the next step in the investment process. Fact 4: After my reviews on BBB and Trustpilot, the owner has reached out.  Dave Lindahl was Cc'ed in my email correspondence, before I posted my experience.  He said nothing, then.  Even now, Dave Lindahl is only sending me insulting testimonials of antient success stories.  I suspect the credit, in those testimonials, does NOT belong to RE Mentor, their coaches, nor anyone else on the RE Mentor team. Fact 5: I am not the only one with this negative story.  Many of the people who were victimized by RE Mentor are fighting to return from homelessness (living in their cars) due to the RE Mentor debt; too afraid to spend too much more money on an attorney; too busy trying to earn their money back from back-breaking overtime at their day jobs; foolishly trusting RE Mentor with more money (and no results); or simply too tired to fight. RE Mentor targets hard working people with a wealth-building plan for these reasons: Easy targets.  This scam is strategic and weeds out people who cannot get the money; making them feel weak, incompetent, and/or inadequate. Fact 6: RE Mentor's victims are in CA, WA, TX, MD, NC, TN, CT, FL, GA, NV, various other states, and just as many international countries.  Yet, their contract says they can only be sued in Massachusetts.  They don't appear to have many students in Massachusetts.  That's convenient!  Or strategic. I don't regret my choice to inform the public of this disgrace.  I would hope others who experienced this type of neglect and abuse from a business would warn strangers of their unsatisfactory experience.  I wish I had been warned. Here is some more truth for you: You are of no interest to RE Mentor unless you have a way to get money to them.  After you get them the money or walk away (without giving them money), you are nobody to them. BBB rating: D- or F+.  I'll check it tomorrow. Lesson: Don't drink the Kool-Aid.  It's financially fatal."

"Total rip off, no communication, lack of concern for their customers. Lie to you from the start. They are very friendly when they accept your money but they give you the silent treatment when you request for a refund. Same education FREE online and it's updated. If your TEAM did their job per your policy, SHOW ME your records and I will show you mine. Don't talk me to death, show me proof! How did you review my discrimination concerns and found no evidence if you didn’t know anything about it in that short period of time? Did you call the individuals from the class, I don’t think so. But don’t just focus your attention only on my review, look at the other racial bias and discrimination reviews that are waiting for a response from months ago. This is not your first allegation, your company just chose to ignore them. Since your records didn’t find any evidence of discrimination or being bias to support the allegations and this platform and will not change any policies. Let’s change platforms, shall we? To ensure fairness to ALL your clients, let's direct our attention to the NAACP, I'm sure they will uncover the allegations that you couldn’t and ask the questions that you didn’t. If Atlanta, Georgia has to repeat revisiting the same platforms over and over again or appear on bigger ones so the people are aware, so be it."
