"When Gina first got her license I asked her to set up a search for me. I wasn't ready to sell and purchase and she knew that. She also knew that the time would come and through the passive searching we'd be better equipped to find the best property for me to call home. Over the years that search changed multiple times. Gina would check in with me from time to time and we would go see properties. This was a very good way for me to stay educated on the market and to keep my eyes open just in case.
