She helped me purchase my dream home and she sold my condo (the latter, within 2 days following its listing). Andrea is the best of the best for many reasons, excelling in every aspect of her profession. Why? First, Andrea is a beacon of integrity. I contacted Andrea to inquire about one of her listings. Before talking about the property, she asked me to explain my ideal home after which time she was forthright, telling me that the property would not be a good match. It was at that moment that I wanted to work with Andrea and enlisted her to help me buy and sell property. Second, at Andrea’s request, we spoke extensively on multiple occasions to further discuss my needs and wants in a new home. In short order, Andrea crafted a tour of several properties, all of which were excellent contenders. We talked through the options in detail, making my decision an easy one. Third, I am in awe of how Andrea presented my condo for sale. Look through real estate listings. You’ll see that most photos are after thoughts, likely taken with a cell phone and in poor lighting. And, the written descriptions tend to be generic and uninteresting. Not so with Andrea. She engages the services of various professionals and she writes about the property as if it were her own. Fourth, not once did I have to contact Andrea to check on her progress. Literally, not once. Andrea explained the process and timeline for moving from offer to closing, keeping me informed every step of the way. With other agent with whom I worked, I constantly had to follow-up to ensure that things were getting done and, oftentimes, critical tasks went unattended. Fifth, leaving a condo, I was at a loss for identifying highly qualified service providers for everything from A to Z that goes along with home ownership. I pursued every one of Andrea’s recommendations and every one of them exceeded my high expectations. Finally, competence aside, working with Andrea was a pleasure. She’s truly a good human being.
