"I wouldn’t suggest anybody uses this place for taxes. It was hands down the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had. To start I showed up on time for my appointment but wasn’t seen till 45 minutes later only because I asked if we were going to be seen. Once my taxes were done and I was home I went through and found a large error. They were closed so the next day I called to let them know a mistake was made. When I tried to call I was hung up on twice(I brought this up to the owner and one of the women who work here, neither cared). I asked for paperwork showing they fixed the issue and was given a print out with figures changed(confirmed with the irs this wasn’t the paper work I asked for). This was end of March, right around the 23rd. The owner had told me it would all set and in two weeks and I would have a bill from the irs. I had a feeling something was off so I called the irs and come to find out they never filed an amended return to fix their issue. I called back and he blamed the irs but gave me a new date. Again the date came and I had nothing so I called the irs again. They informed me again no amendment was filed. I called Andrade back and again he blamed the irs. This went on about every two weeks or so until 5/23 when I called Andrade and said this needed to be addressed and that I wanted a copy of the 1040x, not the same return printed with changed figures. They assured me that day the amendment was filed already and blamed the irs again. Before I had talked to Andrade that day I had a very long conversation with the irs and they informed me the amendment wasn’t filed. I now have confirmation from the irs that Andrade filed the amendment on 5/23. So they never file the amendment until I specifically asked for a copy of the 1040x. Multiple times I was told I would be getting a phone call back from some one at Andrade not once did it get a call back and when I brought it up to the women who answers the phone she said “I only answer the phones and relay information. From the beginning not once did anybody from Andrade apologize or even acknowledge that this shouldn’t have happened. I would highly suggest you go some where else for your tax purposes."

"I had a home inspection schedule on a Sunday, and the seller agents client was not there to let us into property. My inspector was there and the agent Franseca felt that her or the seller should not pay a fee to the inspector for rescheduling. The inspector did do the outside of the home, but we couldn’t complete it, therefore we reschedule for that following wed. Franseca got the key so we can enter the property this time, during home inspection her client pops up, and try’s to rush the inspector out of each area of the home and when she heard him tell me something about the unit she would get extremely upset, and interfere with our conversation. The basement of this home was the worst part. House structure was damaged, temporary beams, moisture stains, holes through the penetration. I decided to back out of deal. She cashed my deposit before the second home inspection, because my agent gave it to her on that Sunday, which she should of NEVER. Now I been waiting over a MONTH to receive back my money! She said she would return my call to update me, she never did. I called the office woman at the front desk took my name number and said I will get a call back, been another week and still haven’t. I am about to go file a complaint with BBB and bring them to court. If I don’t receive my money back. Stay away from this agency. They are awful and don’t know how to be professional. By the way my money release form was sent out the same day my agent contacted them to let them know we were no longer going through, which was Thursday. If your buying a home and they are the listing AGENCY, RUN the opposite Way!!!"
